Anna's Prayer
Written by Karl Beckstrand; illustrated by Shari Griffiths
The beautifully illustrated children's book tells the true story of young Anna Anderson, who lived in Sweden in the 1880's. After joining the LDS Church, Anna's family was persecuted, and Anna was sent to live with her aunt in America.
When young Anna arrived at the train station in Salt Lake City, Utah, her aunt was not there. Alone in a strange land and unable to speak English, Anna prayed for help, and Heavenly Father answered her with a miracle.
